针对传统加氯控制方法的缺陷,设计一种单片机加氯控制仪。系统以AT89C52单片机为核心,根据用户设定的上下限值和流量值,实现自来水加氯的余氯检测和控制自动加药过程。重点介绍了该系统的工作原理、硬件构成、各部分的主要功能和软件的结构,并通过实际测试,验证了设计方案的可行性。

Aim to the lack of chlorination system, this article plans to design one kind of chlorinating system control based on singlechip. The system takes AT89C52 as a core. It could test residual chlorine and control drug which in the water treatment, according to the user set upper, lower limits value and the flow rate. The design of singlechip＇ s introduced from hardware, software, part of the main functions and software structure. And it through the actual test, verify the feasibility of the design.
