The Trend in Cyclic Economy of Coal Resources' Development in Our Country

20世纪90年代以来,面对全球人口剧增、资源短缺、环境污染和生态蜕变的严峻形势,发展循环经济成为全球化的重大趋势。煤炭企业在实现经济、社会与环境可持续发展中,应积极承担社会责任,从传统的粗放型煤产业,逐步转变为循环经济综合利用型的生态产业。通过发展循环经济,充分利用煤矿现有的煤矸石、矿井水等资源优势,实现资源良性循环利用,达到经济效益和环境保护双赢的目的。

Since the 1990s, facing the sharp increase of global population, the shortage of resources, the environmental pollution and the austere situation of ecology transformation, to develop the cyclic economy has become the significant tendency in globalization. The coal enterprises should positively undertake the community responsibility in economy achievement, the sustainable development of society and the environment,which could transform gradually from the traditional extension of coal industry into ecology industry of comprehensive utilization in cyclic economy. Through the development of cyclic economy, the use of resources superiorities of existing gangue and pit water in coal mine, we can realize positively cyclic use of the resources, and achieve the win-win of the economic efficiency and the environmental protection.
