摘要
研究了红磷和炭黑对聚丙烯,疏松型纳米氢氧化镁(PP//LN-MH)体系阻燃性和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,加入红磷和炭黑能够提高 PP/LN-MH 体系的垂直燃烧水平和热稳定性,并使体系的热释放速率由326.9 kW/m^2降至290.0 kW/m^2火灾性能指数从0.024 0 s·m^2/kW升高到0.148 5 s·m^2/kW。傅里叶变换红外光谱表明。红磷和炭黑的加入增强了体系脱水吸热、成炭结焦、隔氧隔热等阻燃作用,体现出了协同阻燃效应。
This paper studied the effects of red phosphor and carbon black on flame retardance and thermal stability of the flame retardant system consisting of polypropylene (PP) and loose nanometer magnesium hydroxide. The analytical data indicate that adding red phosphor and carbon black can raise the system's vertical combustion level and thermal stability while make its heat release rate reduce from 326.9 kW/m^2 to 290.0 kW/m^2 and its performance index rise from 0.024 0 s ·m^2/kW to 0.148 5 s·m^2/kW. The introduction of red phosphor and carbon black can effectively promote the flame retardanee of the system, involving the functions of dehydration, heat absorption, char formation and heat and oxygen insulation. The enhanced flame retardance of the system evidently reflects the synergistic effect between red phosphor and carbon black.
