摘要
以5,5-二甲基海因和环氧氯丙烷为原料,NaOH 为催化剂,合成了5,5-二甲基海因环氧树脂。考察了环氧树脂的合成条件及其主要影响因素,用傅里叶变换红外光谱,核磁共振法表征了树脂的结构。结果表明,在5,5-二甲基海因与环氧氯丙烷摩尔比为1:8,NaOH 为理论加入量,反应温度为80℃,反应3 h 得到环氧值为0.189 9 mol/100g,黏度为1.938 3 mL/g,数均分子量为1 053,聚合度为4.4的环氧树脂。在常温下,所得树脂能溶于水和一般有机溶剂。
The authors synthesized epoxy resin of 5,5-dimethylhydantoin (DMH-EP) via condensation reaction of DMH and epichlorohydrin in the presence of NaOH as catalyst. The synthetic conditions of the epoxy resin and the main influential factors thereof were investigated. The structure of the epoxy resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). In the case of adding theoretical dosage of NaOH and setting the mole ratio of DMH to epichlorohydrin at 1 : 8, DMH-EP with epoxy value of 0.189 9 mol/100g, intrinsic viscosity of 1.938 3 mL/g, relative number average molecular mass of 1 053 and polymerization degree of 4.4 was acquired after reacting for 3 hours at 80 ℃. The epoxy resin so prepared could be dissolved in water and several kinds of general solvents at ambient temperature.
