降解法生产纤维级PP树脂

摘要 通过调节固体过氧化物加入量控制聚丙烯产品的熔体流动速率(MFR),生产出 MFR 为22~28g/10min 的纤维级专用树脂 Z50S,产品灰分小于0.03%、拉伸屈服应力大于28 MPa、黄色指数小于4。经应用产品加工性能稳定,纤维制品力学性能好,满足质量标准。 A kind of fiber-grade polypropylene resin (Z50S) with melt flow rate (MFR) of 22 - 28 g/10 min was prepared via controlling the MFR of the speciality resin by adjusting the addition amount of the solid peroxide. The resin product had ash content of 0.03%, tensile strength at yield higher than 28 MPa and yellow index less than 4. The processing and application experiments carried out by the downstream enterprise confirm that the processability of the resin is stable; the mechanical properties of the fiber made of the resin are pretty good and can conform to the quality standard.
