银线草化学成分的研究(Ⅰ) 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究银线草(Chloranthus japonicus Sieb.)抗肿瘤有效部位的化学成分。方法:利用正、反相柱色谱等方法等进行分离,依据理化性质和各种波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从银线草抗肿瘤有效部位分离并鉴定了3个化合物,分别为嗪皮啶(fraxidin)(Ⅰ)、异嗪皮啶-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(isofraxidin-7-Oβ-D—glucopyranoside)(Ⅱ)和盾叶夹竹桃苷(androsin)(Ⅲ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ均为首次从银线草中分离得到。 Objective: To study chemical constituents of the active parts for anti-tumor from Chloranthus japonicus Sieb..Methods: Three compounds were isolated from C.japonicus through repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis.Results: Fraxidin(Ⅰ),isofraxidin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ) and androsin(Ⅲ) were isolated from C.japonicus.Conclusion: CompoundsⅠ-Ⅲ were isolated from C.japonicus for the first time.
