京珠南高速公路轴载测定与分析

摘要 根据半年多的轴载测定数据,分析得到了京珠南高速公路各类轴型的轴载谱及其时变特征;通过对称重仪的标定,弄清了称重仪计量偏差的分布规律;总结了计量偏差对轴载谱的影响,提出了修正公式;提出了更直观地表征车辆荷载对路面结构损伤作用的"当量轴载"概念,得出了各类路面结构的当量轴载与轴载谱均值和标准差的统一回归关系式;讨论了不同抽样量对当量轴载精度的影响,给出了不同工程精度要求下轴载测定的最小抽样量。研究成果用于指导京珠南高速公路的路面改扩建工程,也为我国轴载检测和评定方法的标准化提供了依据。 According to the measured data of axle loads gathered for more half year, the spectrum and time-varying characteristics for all sorts of axle loads operating on south section of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway are obtained ; through calibrating for the automatic weight measurement system, the statistic distribution features of ratio between measured axle loads and actual axle loads are found out, furthermore, the effect of weight measuring discrepency on axle loads spectrum is summed, and the modified calculation formula to axle loads spectrum is provided; however, a concept of design axle load directly representing damage arising from vehicle loads to pavements is put forward, and the unified regression relation between design axle loads for typical pavement structures and math expectation, standard deviation to the axle loads spectrum is listed; at the same time, the influence of different sampling capacity on design loads accuracy is discussed, and the minimum sampling capacity to axle loads measurement for engineering accuracy requirements is given. Therefore, the research results can be applied to the pavement reconstruction project of south section of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, and can be referred to as the national basis to axle loads measurement and evaluation.
