摘要
针对当前沥青混凝土路面早期水损坏现象严重的现状,指出在密级配沥青混凝土路面下设置透水基层可以减轻水对路面结构的影响。进而依托某高速公路使用沥青稳定碎石透水基层的工程实例,分析了影响沥青稳定碎石透水基层混合料级配的关键筛孔,研究了适宜于沥青稳定碎石透水基层混合料最佳油石比选定原则和方法,通过马歇尔试验确定了其最佳配合比,并采用析漏试验进一步验证了该最佳油石比的合理性,为沥青稳定碎石透水基层试验路施工和进一步研究提供依据。
An effective method of setting a permeable layer beneath the compact asphalt mixture is introduced in order to reduce the influence resulting from rainwater. On the basis of certain project, gradation limits and key sieves that influence asphalt treated permeable base (ATPB) is mainly introduced. According to Marshall test results, the optimum asphalt content is elementarily determined. Meanwhile, a selection method of optimum asphalt content that matches ATPB is discussed, and leakage test is adopted to further validate its rationality. It aims to help the further study on ATPB and provide methods for the construction of experimental engineering.
