中日防务交流:一波三折,乍暖还寒

Dialogue between China and Japan in Defence:Ups,Downs and Uncertainty

相对于经济、文化和人员交往领域的快速发展,中日防务交流却在长时间内一波三折,步履维艰,长期处于一个较低的发展水平上。中国和日本都是亚太地区的重要国家,两国逐步扩大和深化安全对话与防务交流,符合两国的共同利益,也有利于亚太地区的和平与稳定。

Compared with the rapid development of communication in economy, culture and personnel the dialogue over defense between China and Japan has been relatively hard and experienced ups and downs. It has tong remained at a low level of communication. The author maintains that as both China and Japan are important countries in the Asia-Pacific region, a gradual expansion and more profound dialogue over the issue of security and defense may benefit both countries. It is also expected to contribute to peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region.
