摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定苁蓉酒中松果菊苷含量。固定相为C18，流动相为甲醇-0．1％甲酸水溶液（体积比为33：67），流速1．0mL／min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为330nm。松果菊苷的浓度x（mg／mL）与其峰高y呈良好的线性关系，线性方程为Y=2．5955x，相关系数为0．9999。样品的加标回收率为88．1％～107．5％，测定结果相对标准偏差为0．41％（n=5）。
The determination of eehinaeoside in Congrong spirit by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The stationary phase was C18 column at 30℃. Mobile phase was methanol -0.1% methane acid （volume ratio was 33：67）. Detection wavelength was 330 nm. The content x had good linear relationship with the peak height y, and the linear equation was y = 2. 595 5x（ r = 0. 999 9）. The recovery was 88.1% - 107.5% , and the RSD of detection results was 0.41% （ n = 5）.
