摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定苁蓉酒中松果菊苷含量。固定相为C18,流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液(体积比为33:67),流速1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为330nm。松果菊苷的浓度x(mg/mL)与其峰高y呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=2.5955x,相关系数为0.9999。样品的加标回收率为88.1%~107.5%,测定结果相对标准偏差为0.41%(n=5)。
The determination of eehinaeoside in Congrong spirit by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The stationary phase was C18 column at 30℃. Mobile phase was methanol -0.1% methane acid (volume ratio was 33:67). Detection wavelength was 330 nm. The content x had good linear relationship with the peak height y, and the linear equation was y = 2. 595 5x( r = 0. 999 9). The recovery was 88.1% - 107.5% , and the RSD of detection results was 0.41% ( n = 5).
