摘要
通过对目前企业自行招标的现状进行综合分析,指出了企业自行招标存在的问题,并对问题的本质进行了分析,提出了相应的对策,对我国目前实行的企业自行招标具有一定的指导意义。
The present situation of inviting public bidding on the enterprises＇ own was analyzed comprehensively . The problems existing in it were pointed out and the essence of the problems was analyzed . Meanwhile , the countermeasures were put forward which has stated guiding meaning for inviting public bidding on the enterprises＇own .
