关于组织成员转移知识意向影响因素的实证研究 被引量:7

摘要 基于经典的知识转移模型,从整体概念框架出发,探寻影响组织成员知识转移行为的因素,提出了个体知识转移意向模型。通过问卷调查,运用结构方程模型方法进行数据分析,对所提出的个体知识转移意向模型进行验证。研究结果表明:个体内在激励、外在激励、组织承诺、人际关系、系统有用性、共享规范对成员知识转移意向有显著影响,而知识感知价值和互惠规范等因素与成员知识转移行为意向并无显著关系。
