摘要
利用酱油曲霉产生的微生物絮凝剂(MBF)对城市污水厂的浓缩污泥进行脱水实验。研究表明,在浓缩污泥中投加适量MBF后,污泥比阻降低至回流污泥的污泥比阻数量级。在MBF投加体积分数为7%的条件下,采用2 900 r/min的转速离心5 min,污泥脱水率达到75.3%。投加适量MBF后,单位时间内产生的滤液体积要多于PAM与PAC,表明MBF具有比PAM、PAC更好的调理污泥的性能。FeCl3可强化MBF对污泥的絮凝脱水作用,在每升污泥中投加FeCl3 0.03 g的条件下,浓缩污泥脱水率达到80.5%以上,脱水后污泥含水率降至79%以下。
The effects of microbial fiocculant(MBF) produced by AspergiUus sojae on dewatering performance of thickened sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants have been studied. The results show that after adding suitable dosage of MBF, the specific resistance of thickened sludge reduces to that of the same magnitude of reflux sludge. Under the conditions of the MBF volume ratio=7% ,centrifugal rotational speed=2 900 r/min, and centrifugal rotational time=5 min, the dewatering rate reaches 75.3%. After suitable dosage of MBF is added, the filtrate volume produced per unit time is more than PAM or PAC, indicating that MBF has better filtration efficiency than PAM and PAC in adjusting the filtration performance of sewage sludge. FeCl3 can strengthen the dewatering effect of MBF on municipal thickened sludge. When 0.03 g per liter of FeCl3 is added,the dewatering rate of the thickened sludge reaches 80.5% and water content in the sludge is lower than 79%, after the dewatering.
