摘要
以早熟有明桃为试材,研究了室温、冷藏和树上条件下果实硬度的变化规律。结果表明:早熟有明桃为高硬度、长采收期和长货架期品种。早熟有明桃果实在室温、冷藏和树上条件下的果实硬度均呈下降趋势,只是不同条件下的下降速度和趋势不同而已,其中冷藏条件下果实硬度下降最慢,室温条件下果实硬度下降最快。常温、冷藏和树上的果实硬度均无明显的果实硬度下降过程,该类型可能为无呼吸高峰类型。
Using peach variety ‘ Zaoshuyouming' as trail material, the fruit firmness change law under room temperature, cold storage and on tree were studied. The result indicated that ‘Zaoshuyouming' had characteristics including high fruit firmness with peel and no peel (25.9 mg/cm^2 and 13 mg/cm^2 respectively) , wide harvest schedule (30 d) and a long shelf-life (more than 15 d). Fruit firmness under room temperature, cold storage and on tree showed a downtrend, but drop speed and downtrend in each condition were different, fell most slowly under cold storage, and fell most quickly under room temperature. Fruit firmness under three condictions had no obvious reduction. So ‘Zaoshuyouming' was speculated as a no respiratory peak peach variety.
