摘要
我国玉米种质遗传基础相对狭窄,可供利用的种质资源比较贫乏,这必然导致发生遗传脆弱性的威胁。20世纪80年代中期以来,由少数自交系和杂交种控制全国大面积玉米生产的危险局面一直没有大的改变。切实保护现有地方玉米种质资源的遗传多样性,努力推进地方种质改造创新是当前育种工作的一个重点。对四川攀西山区玉米地方种质资源概况、种质资源改良创新和地方种质资源利用途径进行了分析。
The narrow genetic base of maize germplasm, poor available germplasm resources in China would lead to the genetic frangibility. Since the middle age of the 1980s, a few self-mating system and hybrid seeds had controlled the maize production in large area. Effectively protecting the genetic diversity of the local maize germplasm resources and promoting improvement and innovation were the emphases of current breeding. In this article, the general situation, improvement and innovation and utilization of the local maize germplasm resources in Panxi mountain areas were analyzed.
