To Increase Peasants' Income under the Framework of Urban and Rural Harmonious Development

农民增收是解决农民问题的关键。简要说明了我国农民收入的现状,分析了当前农民增收缓慢的原因,提出在城乡统筹框架下建立促进农民增收长效机制的对策建议。

Increasing peasants＇ income is the key of solving the peasant problem. The status of the peasants＇ income in China was illustrated briefly, the reasons for increasing peasants＇ income slowly were analyzed, and countermeasures of building up a long-term mechanism of increasing peasants＇ income under the framework of urban and rural harmonious development were provided.
