河南省新型农村合作医疗发展问题研究

Study on the Development of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in He'nan

河南省于2003年启动新型农村合作医疗试点工作,经过5 a多的发展,已经提前实现"新农合"在全省的覆盖,有效的缓解了农民看病难、看病贵和因病致贫、因病返贫等问题。通过对发展中的成绩和存在问题的总结与分析,提出相关的对策与建议,以使"新农合"能够在河南持续健康发展。

New rural cooperative medical system started in He＇nan in 2003. Nowadays it had been realized ahead of schedule. Some problems were relieved, such as difficult in medical care, expensive medical cost, poverty caused by diseases, and returning to poverty because of diseases and so on. By the summarization and analysis of the developing achievements and problems, countermeasures and suggestions were offered, in order to advance the sustainable and healthy development of new rural cooperative medical system in He＇nan.
