浅论协商民主在中国农村地区的落实——草王东村村级事务决策机制的调查与思考

Shallowly Discusses on the Implementation of Deliberative Democracy in Rural Areas in China——Investigation and Thinking about the Decision-making Mechanism of Village Affairs in Caowangdong Village

通过对江苏省兴化市一农村村级事务决策机制的典型调查,真实反映村民自治中协商民主这一公共民主范式在该村的落实情况,为《村组法》的完善提供思路,为新农村建设中健全农村民主制度提供一些参考。

On the basis of representative investigation of decision-making mechanism of village affairs in Xinghua City, the implementing of deliberative democracy in the system of villagers＇ autonomy was truly reflected, in order to provide the thinking of perfecting Law of the Village Council Organization, and offer some references of establishing and perfecting democratic system in new rural construction.
