农民是新农村建设的主力军和直接受益者,培养和造就新型农民是新农村建设的前提。分析了近年来我国各地新型农民培训中存在的主要问题,提出了加快新型农民培训的对策措施。

Peasants are main force and direct beneficiaries in the construction of socialist new countryside. Education and training new peasants are the premise of the construction of socialist countryside. The main problems in training new peasants were analyzed, and some countermeasures of speeding training new peasants were put forward.
