摘要
用非极性大孔吸附树脂吸附茄呢醇中的杂质,可达到提纯的目的。通过实验,对HZ-802、HZ-803、HZ-803A、HZ-8414种大孔吸附树脂吸附茄呢醇中的杂质进行比较,树脂HZ-803对茄呢醇有较好的提纯效果,可将20%的茄呢醇提纯至40%,将34%的茄呢醇提纯至65%,有望用于工业上提纯茄呢醇。
Utilizing non-polarity macroporous adsorbing resins to adsorb the impurity existing in Solanesol can achieve the goal for purification. Comparing the adsorbing ability for four different macroporous adsorbing resins HZ-802, HZ-803, HZ-803 A and HZ-841 by testing, which show that HZ-803 resin is the optimal choice for purification, HZ-803 could purify Solanesol from 20% up to 40%, and purify solanesol from 34% up to 65%. It will have good chance to purify solanesol for industrial in the future.
