以甲醇+水为流动相,使用C18反相色谱柱和紫外吸收检测器,对甲基磺草酮进行液相色谱分离,外标法定量。本方法线性范围宽,精密度好,准确度高。
The quantitative analysis on mesotrione by HPLC through C18 reversed phase column with VU-absorbanee detector and mobile phase methol, water and trifluoroacetic acid was carried out. The method has a wide linear range with high precison and aceruraey.
