摘要
对汶川地震灾后过渡期的主要食品卫生问题,如灾民安置点集中供餐的卫生问题、无证流动摊贩、学校和工地的集体食堂及食物中毒隐患等,提出了相应的对策和建议。
Abstract: The main food hygiene problems such as the food supply in the settlement points, illegal stall keeper, collective canteens of schools and construction sites, hidden dangers of food poisoning, and so on, and the related countermeasures and advice were described in detail.
