摘要
运用逻辑分析、文献资料等研究方法,概括了我国东北地区保险体育旅游品牌建设现状,认为目前该地区冰雪体育旅游业品牌建设存在受经济利益驱使盲目上马有关项目、缺乏必不可少的基础设施、没有科学开发和使用人力资源等五方面的问题。论证了成立东北冰雪体育旅游业管理联盟是解决问题的重要举措,并指出该联盟的主要管理职能是宏观规划管理、市场准入审核、价格调控等,旨在为我国东北地区冰雪体育旅游业的良性发展提供有益的借鉴。
The authors of this article use logic analysis and documentation to summarize the current situation of the brand construction of sports tourism in Northeast China, and argue that there were some problems existing in it, such as starting blindly projects at present by economic benefit, being short of essential infrastructure construction, not having scientifice exploitation and using human resources and so on. They have expounded and proven that setting up management alliance of ice and snow sports tourist in Northeast China was an important act of solving problems, and pointed out that main management functions of alliance were the macroscopic plan management, market access examination and verification and price regulation and controls. The purpose is to provide beneficial reference for ice and snow sports tourist in Northeast China.
