采用问卷调查法和数理统计法对江苏省13个市3 596所县以下的农村小学体育师资队伍现状进行调查,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策,旨在为教育行政管理部门对农村小学体育教师队伍建设提供参考。

By the questionnaire survey and statistics in the 3596 rural junior schools PE teachers＇ team in 13 city of Jiangsu Province, the author finds the existing problems and address the corresponding actions, in order to provide the reference for the administrative departments to build up the PE teachers＇ team in rural junior middle schools in Jiangsu Province.
