An Empirical Analysis of Successful Experience of Our Government Emergency Management

以善治的思想作为分析的理论基础,结合现有相关立法和心理学的知识,对从非典、禽流感、雪灾及5.12地震突发事件管理的成功经验总结出来的政府信息公开,进行理论及实证分析,提出进一步完善政府应急管理信息公开的对策建议。

Using the thought of good governance as the theoretical foundation, combining the knowledge of current relevant legislation and psychology, this paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis of government information publicity by the successful experience of SARS, avian influenza, snow disaster and 5.12 earthquake, and proposes countermeasures for perfecting the information publicity of government emergency management.
