摘要
探讨He-Ne激光幅照诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而抑制肿瘤的生长。采用He-Ne激光处理HL-60细胞,流式细胞仪检测DNA含量及细胞凋亡百分率。发现在57.24 J/cm2的He-Ne激光作用下,HL-60细胞的凋亡百分率为12.83%。同时细胞周期发生改变,G1期减少,S期降低,G2期增加。结果表明在一定剂量He-Ne激光照射下,导致细胞DNA断裂,诱导HL-60细胞凋亡并抑制肿瘤细胞生长。
This paper explores the effect of He - Ne laser to induce apoptosis of HL -60 cells, applies He - Ne laser to deal with HL - 60 cells, and measures the DNA content and the percentage of apoptosis of the irradiated HL - 60 cells by the flow - cytometer. It is found that under the He - Ne laser irradiation of 57.24 J/cm^2, the apoptosis percentage of HL -60 cells achieved 12.83%, at the same time, the cell - cycle process had also changed : cycle G1 and S reduced, while cycle G2 increased. The results show that under certain density of He - Ne laser irradiation, it can result in the cell DNA breaks and induce apoptosis of HL - 60 cell and suppress the growth of cancer cells.
