A New Exploration of Female Librarians Management in Modern University Libraries

基于女性在图书馆的重要作用,促进女性的岗位成才,是高校图书馆现代化管理的重要视角。图书馆女性员工的现状,是优势和劣势并存、喜忧参半的。图书馆管理者要从社会、图书馆、女性自身等各层面,从宏观到微观,树立明确的女性管理意识,构筑图书馆现代化所需的女性管理模式。

For sake of the importance of female librarians in libraries, promoting their professional development is a key perspective of modern university library management. The current situation of female libraries is not quite optimistic. The library managers should set up explict female management consciousness and construct a female management model from the aspects of society, library and female themselves.
