近年来,教育公平问题成为我国教育界的一大热点问题,尤其党的十六届六中全会《关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》提出"坚持教育优先发展,促进教育公平"的明确指示后,关于教育公平的论述和研究更是如雨后春笋。毫无疑问,教育已经成为我国经济社会发展中具有战略地位的领域,教育的社会资源分配功能对教育公平及和谐社会构建有重要的影响,构建和谐社会应当要处理好教育公平问题。

Educational equity has become a hot topic in the educational circle in recent years. Education has been in a strategic position in the development of China＇s economics. The function of social resource allocation has an important impact on educational equity and the construction of harmonious society. Constructing a harmonious society should properly handle the is- sue of educational equity.
