摘要 本文通过调查大学生英语学习动机因素与自主学习能力的相关性,探讨了如何通过转变学生的态度、观念、行为等使学生逐渐养成自主学习的习惯。最后,笔者提出了一些建议:1)激发学生的内在兴趣,帮助学生形成持久的、综合性的学习动机,从而让学生更积极、主动地学习英语;2)帮助学生建立较高的自我效能感,对通过自主学习取得好成绩充满信心;3)鼓励学生对英语学习保持积极的态度和较高的效价;4)培养学生坚持不懈、吃苦耐劳的学习精神。 Based on the study of correlation between motivational components and the ability in autonomous learning of college students, the paper discusses how to cultivate autonomy in English learning among college students by changing their attitudes and behavior. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions: 1 ) inspiring students' intrinsic interests and helping them cultivate positive motivation, which can improve learner autonomy ; 2) helping students develop higher self - efficacy, which can make students have self- confidence in autonomous learning; 3 ) encouraging students to hold positive attitudes towards English learning and higher valence; 4) fostering students' unremitting and tough spirits.
