植酸对SGC-7901细胞凋亡相关蛋白NF-kBP65、Bcl-2、IkB-α及C-myc表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究植酸对SGC-7901细胞的生长抑制作用的机制。方法采用Western blotting法检测凋亡相关蛋白NF-kBP65、Bcl-2、IkB-α及C-myc的表达。结果植酸可抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞中Bcl-2、C-myc、NF-kBP65蛋白的高表达;促进IkB-α蛋白的表达。结论凋亡相关蛋白NF-kBP65、Bcl-2、C-myc、IkB-α参与了植酸对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的凋亡诱导作用的调控。
