四川省FDI与环境污染问题初探

A Tentative Study on the Problems of FDI and Environment Pollution in Sichuan Province

利用FDI在很大程度上促进了四川经济的增长。但与此同时,由于FDI直接涉及生产过程和资源利用,它对四川省环境也产生了不利影响。通过Granger因果关系检验发现FDI是四川省环境污染的Granger原因。实证分析结果表明,FDI和工业废气、废水排放物之间分别存在着协整关系,影响程度为实际使用FDI投资额每增加1%,工业废气、废水排放量均增加0.2%左右。

In a great degree, FDI has been stimulating Sichuan provinee＇s economie growth, but it also brings adverse effects to local environment owing to its direct involvement in production and resource utilization. The demonstrated result of Granger Test indicates that the pollution of Sichuan lies in FDI. Through empirical analysis, FDI has certain corresponding relationship respectively with industrial wasted gas and water. With 1% increase in actual inflow of FDI, the emission of both industrial wasted gas and water will respectively increase by about 0.2%.
