摘要
以聚维酮碘为对照,试验了7种水产动物常见病原菌,包括柱状曲桡杆菌、荧光假单胞菌、嗜水气单胞菌、肠型点状气单胞菌、迟钝爱德华菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等对壳聚糖碘的药物敏感性。结果表明:这几种病原菌对壳聚糖碘的MIC为0.3762-0.5029mL/m^3之间,MBC为0.4732~0.839ML/m^3之间。几种病原菌对聚维酮碘的MIC为0.4724~0.5349mL/m^3之间,MBC为0.610-0.900mL/m^3之间。壳聚糖碘的抗菌活性比聚维酮碘强。
The sensitivity of seven common pathogen of aquatic animals, including Flexibacter calumnaris, Pseudomonas fluorescens, A.hydrophila hydrophila, A.punctata f.intestinalis, Edwardsiella tarda, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus, to iodine-chitosan was detected on the contrary of the control group (PVP-I),. The results showed that: The MIC of these pathogen to iodine-chitosan were between 0.3762 mL/m^3 and 0.5029 mL/m^3, and MBC were between 0.4732 mL/m^3 and 0.839 mL/m^3; The MIC of thess pathogen to PVP-I were between 0.4724 mL/m^3 and 0.5349 mL/m3, and MBC were between 0.610 mL/m^3 and 0.900 mL/m^3.Iodine-chitosan had stronger antibacterial capability than PVP-I.
