摘要
利用霍尔效应,设计了一种非接触式电子油门踏板电路,可以精确测量踏板的角位移.开发了相应的电子油门踏板机械.多次测试分析表明:设计的踏板位置传感器电路能够准确地测量踏板位置,并具有反应迅速、线形度良好的特点,为发动机电子控制系统实现节能和排放提供了良好的技术支持.
A non-contact HALL sensor circuit for the measuring of linear displacement and angular displacement is designed based on the Hall Effect. At the same time, the corresponding mechanical part of electronic accelerator pedal is designed. A number of tests and analyses show that the circuit can measure the position of pedal precisely and the circuit is characterized by rapid response and good linearity. Thus, it provides very good technicam support for the energy saving and emission of the Engine Electronic Control System.
