摘要
参照PIM 2006和EURO PM 2007国际会议所反映的研究现状,西南交通大学与法国Franche-Comte大学和ENSMM高等工程院校Femto-ST实验室在该领域的研究进展,概述目前粉末注射成形工业的迅速发展状态,综述了粉末微注射成形、轻金属注射成形以及粉末注射成形的数值模拟3个热点问题的研究进展,介绍了当前粉末注射成形的区域和国际交流合作状况以及中外校际合作取得的研究结果.
Referring to the research status quo reflected in two international conferences of PIM 2006 and Euro PIM 2006, and the advances in this research field made in cooperation among Southwest Jiaotong University, Femto-ST of Frenche-Comte University and ENSMM in France, this paper outlines the rapid development of the world powder injection molding industry, reviews the research progress in the three hot topics in the above two conferences, micro powder injection molding, injection molding of lightweight metals and numerical simulations of powder injection simulations, and introduces the current regional and international cooperation on powder injection molding, as well as the research results achieved by Chinese-Oversea cooperation.
