摘要
在研究和分析现有各种LED显示屏控制电路的基础上,提出了一种基于串行FRAM存储器的LED显示控制系统.该系统以51系列运行速度为40 MIPS单周期高速VRS51L3074单片机为控制核心,利用串行FRAM存储器组成"双端口"RAM,实现对LED显示屏的控制.该系统具有控制线少,容量大及价格低廉等优点.
Based on the research and analysis of various LED display control circuit, this paper puts forward LED display control system based on serial FRAM memory, which takes 40 MIPS monoeycle highspeed VRS51 L3074 microcontroller of 51 series as controlling core and uses serial FRAM memory to form "dual-port" RAM, realizing the control of LED display. This system has the advantages of fewer control cables, large capacity and low prices.
