摘要
基于有限元方法,分别用一阶ABC和PML作为边界截断条件,分析了波导型和微带型铁氧体环形器插入损耗和反射损耗.结果表明:对于波导型铁氧环形器计算结果与文献吻合得比较好,而对于微带型环形器,在某些频率值计算结果与文献吻合不是很好,主要原因是在对微带加源时不够精确.
This article analyzes waveguide circulator and microstrip circulator based on the finite element method, with first-order ABC as well as the PML used as a boundary truncation condition. Wave-guide calculation results match those in literatures, while some frequencies of microstrip circulator are not good e- nough. One of the main causes is the inaccuracy of adding sources to microstrip.
