摘要
目的:了解我国女职工保健相关政策法规贯彻执行情况,为进一步完善女职工保健法律法规提供科学依据,促进企业对女职工保健工作的重视。方法:选取我国东、中、西部的福建省福州市、北京市海淀区、甘肃省兰州市作为本研究的现场。抽取研究现场存在职业危害因素的部分企业,共482家,进行调查研究。结果:各种类型的企业间女职工保健相关政策法规执行情况存在差异,独资企业执行情况明显好于其它类型的企业,民营/私营企业的执行情况较差。结论:目前我国女职工保健工作执行状况还存在许多问题,有待于进一步完善。
Objective: To realize implementation of laws and regulations of female worker's health care in China, to offer evidence for developing laws and regulations of female worker's health care, and improve the enterprises to pay more attention to female worker's health care. Methods: Fuzhou city in Fujian province, Haidian district in Beijing, Lanzhou city in Gansu province were selected from east, middle and west part of China. The enterprises with occupational hazards were selected randomly. Totally, 462 enterprises were selected, and questionnaires were used. Results: There was different among different form of enterprises about the implementation. Individual ownership enterprises were better than the others. And the private enterprises were worst among them. Conclusion: There are many problems about the implementation of female worker's health care in China. More attention should be paid to.
