摘要
目的:应用PRECEDEMODEL对深圳市小学生性教育行为影响因素做出诊断,根据诊断建立社区性教育干预模式。方法:分层随机整群抽取深圳市5所小学进行学生、家长及教师问卷调查。结果:4~6年级学生知道各种性生理现象及变化占23.9%,家庭难以开展性教育的主要原因是缺乏交流技巧占65.4%,学校主要原因缺乏适合的教材占56.2%,承认与父母谈论过性方面的问题占20.8%。结论:建立以社区医疗服务中心为主导的性教育干预模式,以营造宽松的社区环境,促进儿童期性教育的开展。
Objective: To apply PRECEDE MODEL to diagnoze the factors of sexual education among primary school students in Shenzhen, and establish intervention models of community sexual education. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted for students, parents and teachers stratified random duster from five Primary schools in Shenzhen. Results: 4 - 6 grade students were aware of the various physiological phenomena and changes in accounting for 23.9%, 65.4% families lacked communication skills to canT out sexual education. Lack of suitable textbooks was the main reason in 56. 2% schools. And 20. 8% children admitted that they had talked about sex with their parents. Conclusion: Establishing sexual education intervention models of community health service center could create a relaxing social environment, and promote the development of children sexual education.
