摘要
高素质新药评价人才的培养离不开人文素养的教育和提升，新药评价暑期学校在这方面的做法有：用教员自身的人文气质去感染学员，用教材的人文知识去影响学员，发挥学科优势，立足个性化教育，在优质的后勤保障中体现人文关怀，通过相互交流提升人文素养。
The cultivation of high-quality talents of new drug appraisal can not do without the education and promotion of humanities quality. This paper sums up the experience of some important principles in the summer school of new drug appraisal： impressing trainees with instructors＇ humanities quality, influencing trainees with humanities knowledge in teaching materials, making use of the advantage of the discipline, conducting individualized teaching, showing humanistic care in quality logistics support, and upgrading humanistic quality by mutual communication.
