摘要
运用特尔菲法对工作在高校第一线的30名教师及教学管理人员进行两轮问卷咨询。根据专家给分情况和建议,筛选出指标体系中包括的一级指标5项,二级指标16项,并给各指标赋予权重。建立二级学院教学质量评估指标体系,为进一步规范二级学院教学质量评估提供科学依据。
Delphi method was used to establish a teaching quality evaluation system at school level at universities. Altogether thirty teachers and teaching administers were invited for two rounds of questionnaires. Through consulting the panel experts, relative indicators were obtained accordingly, namely, five first-class indicators and sixteen second-class indicators were selected, and the weights of the indicators were given according to their importance. The teaching quality evaluation for school management will be based more scientifically on the establishment and development of the quality evaluation system for school management at universities.
