Correlation Between Psychological Stress and Coping Style of Students in Our College

摘要 目的了解我校大学生心理压力和应付方式的现状及关系。方法采用基本情况调查表、大学生心理压力感量表和应付方式问卷对309名在校大学生进行调查和测量。结果①我校大学生总体心理压力感为(1.81±0.44)。②我校大学生的应付方式依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、退遮、合理化、自责,各分量表因子分差异显著(F=96.627,P=0.000)。③应付方式中的“解决问题”、“幻想”、“自责”与心理压力感及各因子均显著相关,其中,“解决问题”与心理压力感及各因子显著负相关。“幻想”和“自责”与心理压力感及各因子显著正相关。结论我校大学生总体心理压力感较轻;应付方式依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化、自责;应付方式中的“解决问题”、“幻想”、“自责”与心理压力感及各因子均显著相关。 Objective To investigate the current situation and relation between psychological stress and coping style of the students in our college. Methods Totally 309 students were surveyed with Psychological Stress Scale and Coping Style Scale. Results The psychological stress of our college' s students was 1.81 ± 0.44. The sequence of coping style was problem-solving, seeking help, delusion, withdrawing, rationalizing and self-blaming, with significant differences among the factors ( F = 96. 627, P = 0.000). Problem-solving in coping style had a significant negative correlation with psychological stress and various factors while delusion and self- blaming had a significant positive correlation with psychological stress and various factors. Conclusion Psychological stress is relatively mild in our college's students, and the sequence of coping style is problem-solving, seeking help, delusion, withdrawing, rationalizing and self-blaming. Problem-solving, delusion and self-blaming in coping style have significant correlations with psychological stress and various factors.
