摘要
经济全球化和综合国力的提高,使我国同其它国家间的文化交流日益普遍,大量的国外学生进入我国高校。作为高校教学主力军的青年教师,如何上好留学生教学课,是教师面临的一个崭新的研究课题。本文就青年教师在医学微生物学实验教学过程中,如何针对留学生的特点、选择合适教材、作好教学准备、保证教学实施和课后辅导与反馈进行思考,并就青年教师如何上好实验课进行初步探索。
With economic globalization and enhancement of comprehensive national strength, the communication of our country with other countries is becoming increasingly common. Many international students have come to higher education institutions in China. As a major force of teaching, young teachers have to face a new research task of how to do better in teaching international students. In view of the characteristics of international students, the paper discusses how to select teachers and teaching materials, how to prepare and present lessons, and how to provide guidance and feedback after class in medical microbiology experiment teaching. It helps young teachers to do better in medical microbiology experiment teaching.
