摘要 随着社会的发展和学科建设的改革,创新型医学人才已成为社会对医学人才的首要选择。医用物理学作为医学生必修的基础课程,对在其教学中如何符合创新型医学人才培养需求的研究具有重要的时代意义。本文从优化课程设置、整合教学内容,改进教学方法、更新教学手段,构造学生创新性科研平台和机制,搭建学生学习和交流的网络平台这四个创新思维和素质培养的环节入手,提出了在医用物理学教学中构建创新型医学人才培养模式的思路。 Along with the development of the society and reformation of medicine discipline, creative medical talents have become the first choice of society. As a compulsory basic course for medical students, medical physics is of great significance to studies on how to meet requirements of creative medical talents production. This paper starts with cultivation of the four types of creative thinking and qualities: optimizing curriculum and integrating teaching contents, improving teaching methods and updating means of teaching, creating the platform and mechanism for students' creative research, and building web-based platform for students' learning and communication. Then it proposes thoughts for constructing the mode of creative medical talents training in medical physics teaching.
