加强辅导员队伍的职业化建设是新时代、新形势下对大学生人才培养的必然要求，辅导员职业化具有两个层次的含义，要从职业本身的特征出发为辅导员提供相应的职业条件；以及更深层次的对辅导员本身能力的要求，即专业化要求，这就对辅导员职业化素质提出了新的要求。

It is an essential demand of talents production to promote and strengthen the professional building for university instructors in the new age and under the new situation. The professional building has two implications： providing appropriate professional conditions for college instructors based on the characteristics of the profession and advanced requirements for the abilities of university instructors, that is, specialization requirements, which are the new demands on the professional quality of instructors.
