摘要
通过分析“80后”一代的基本特征，探索在新时期对年青一代医学生的培养模式和教师教学思想的转变，分析临床医学教学中值得注意的问题。
After analyzing the basic characteristics of generation-80s, the paper studies the changes of production mode of medical students of young generation and teaching thoughts in the new age and discusses issues noteworthy in clinical medical teaching.
