摘要
提高生产过程自动化专业对市场的适应性和毕业生质量及就业率,必须进一步创新人才培养模式,优化以"专业+仪表技术服务站"为核心的、工学结合职业发展导向的宏观人才培养模式;在课程体系上,以循序渐进的方式进行以技术应用能力为主线的模块式中观教学模式改革;在单元模块式教学的基础上,构建"项目带动式"和"一体化"微观教学组织。
To improve market adaptability and the quality and employment rate of graduates for the pro- duction process automation specialty, higher vocational schools must further innovate the talent cultivation mode, optimize the macro talents cultivation mode of vocational development-oriented of combination of working with study which take'specialty + meter technical services stations'as its core; carry out teach- ing model reform taking technical application abilities as the main line in curriculum system on a gradual basis; build'project-driven'and'integration'micro-teaching organizations on the basis of modular units.
