职业学校培养学生不能仅限于课堂,应当把实习指导作为重要的教学环节。绍兴县财经学校在实践中创建了"导师制"实习指导模式,该模式注重实习管理和制度建设,强调指导任务细化,教师职责明确。该模式的实施不仅提高了教师全员育人的工作能力,加强了教师的责任感,而且加强了学校与企业、家庭的联系,提高了学生的综合素质。

The teaching process of vocational schools can not be limited to the classroom, and it should take practice guidance as an important teaching step. Shaoxing Financial School created the 'mentoring system'practical guidance mode in practice, which focus on practice management and system construction, stress dividing guidance mission and clarifying responsibilities of teachers. The implementation of the model not only improved teachers' working capacities and strengthened teachers' sense of responsibility, but also strengthened ties among schools, businesses and family and improved the overall quality of stu- dents.
