Charismatic Leadership,Group Efficacy and Group Performance——An Empirical Study in China

摘要本文以实证调查的方式探讨了魅力型领导风格在群体层面的影响力和作用机制。结果显示,魅力型领导风格对于群体效能感和群体绩效具有正向的积极影响,但是,该领导风格不同的行为维度对于两者的影响存在差异。同时,群体效能感对于魅力型领导与群体绩效之间的关系起完全中介作用。 The influence and mechanism of charismatic leadership is studied by empirical mvesnganon. The result shows that charismatic leadership will have positive effect on group efficacy and group performance. However, different behavior dimensions of charismatic leadership differ in their influence on group efficacy and performance. Meanwhile, group efficacy functions have an entire mediator to the relation between charismatic leadership and group performance. Later, the theoretical contribution and practical value of the study is analyzed, and the limitation of the study is pointed out, as well as the direction of future study.
