摘要
企业价值观是人力资源管理的灵魂。本文分析了工作说明书、招聘、培训、考核、薪酬管理、晋升等与企业价值观的关系。可以表现并强化企业价值观的包括:工作说明书对职责、工作关系和任职资格的定义,招聘的标准、人员和测试方式,培训的政策、课程、合作伙伴,考核的标准、过程和对象,薪酬的决定因素、构成、差距、级别数,晋升的标准和决策方式等。
Value is the soul of corporate culture. In this paper, relationships between corporate values and job description, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation management and promotion are analyzed. Ways through which human resource management systems could reflect and reinforce corporate values include, responsibilities, working relations and qualifications defined in the job description; selecting standards, methods and people who operate recruiting process; policies, courses and partners of training; standards, process and objects of performance appraisal; influencing factors, compo- nents, gaps and structure of compensation; standards and decision process of promotion; and so on.
