摘要
组织间心理契约是管理学研究的最新课题。解析组织间心理契约对于组织间关系构建与发展具有重要的意义。组织内心理契约与组织间心理契约会频繁互动,并最终影响组织间关系质量。组织间关系演进实质就是心理契约的形成与解约,心理契约中感知性职责将有助于构建组织间信任与承诺,而心理契约的修正、废弃、平衡和协商直接决定组织间关系持续性和稳定性,虽然这种影响会受到组织间关系历史和信任强度的调节。
Interorganization psychological contract is one challenge of management research. It is meaningful how to anatomize the PC for Interorganization Relationship. For the first, intraorganization PC and interorganization PC will corroborate with each other. In fact, the evolution of IORs equals to the shaping and ending of PC. It's no doubt that the perceptive obligation of PC is helpful tO develop trust-commitment between organizations. Although it's also mediated by the history of relationship and intensity of trust of IORs,case studying prove the revision, deserting, balancing and negotiation of PC will decide the endurance and stability of IORs.
